West Coast inspiration sets this contemporary home apart. The colour palette creates a cool relaxed vibe, while still giving it the warmth that is needed to make it feel like home. This home had a lot of unique and challenging custom surfaces and stylings, as is often the case when working with Vancouver's premier custom home builders. Our staff enjoyed the challenge and the results speak for themselves.

This immaculate ocean bluff home is awe inspiring inside and out. From having painted this home when it was originally built, to a colour change and some maintenance work over the years, we have developed a great relationship with the esteemed owners. We recently repainted the home as they decided to sell. The modern colour scheme is simple, yet elegant.

From the outside this modern farmhouse appears clean and simple. While the interior retains the clean simplicity, the finer details make this home far more complex than it appears. Working on this project provided great value to both our clients and our staff. We learned a few new things along the way.

Imperial Painting painted the exterior of a three floor, 18 unit strata building in White Rock, B.C. From the start of the project, Craig went over the details of what we could expect in all areas including the prep work prior to painting, the quality of paint that would be used, and what to expect from his crew. Craig was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The painting crew were prompt, courteous, organized and the site was cleaned on a daily basis, ensuring all equipment was stowed away to avoid any inconvenience to the owners. Our building transformed into a “new look” and it is most obvious that quality products and quality workmanship was used. We are most pleased (from start to finish) with Imperial Painting and are so happy we chose them. Thank you Craig and Kyle, you did an amazing job.
